Our Application Accelerator extension service features an automatic renewal every 3 months. You are responsible for cancelling the renewal of your extension before the renewal date. Please be aware that we do not offer full refunds for subscriptions. Should you wish to receive a refund, you have a window of 14 days from the renewal date to submit your request, with refunds processed at 80% of the total amount.
